Plan Commission Meeting
Monday, May 18, 2020 @ 7:30 pm
PRESENT: L. Borleske, C. Mundth, R. Meyer, D. Allen, J. Dietz (7:35 late), M. Wuest,
Also Present: Rebecca Klitzke, Terri Connors
★Plan Commission meeting was called to order at 7:30 pm with the Pledge of Allegiance.
★R. Meyer certified that the open meetings law has been met for the Plan Commission meeting.
★Motion made by C. Mundth, Seconded by D. Allen to adopt the agenda. Motion carried.
★Motion made by M. Wuest seconded by J. Dietz to approve the February minutes. Motion carried.
★Oath of Office for Committee Members, David Allen, John Dietz & Mimi Wuest
★CSM for David Allen for a new parcel on Ski Hill Road. 1.5 Acres in the NE corner of the field, this parcel has no visibility issue for a driveway purpose. This lot is considered unbuildable until a soil certificate is filed with the LRE. Motion by M. Wuest, seconded by J. Dietz to recommend approval to the Town Board. David Allen abstained. Motion carried.
★Commission members updates - L. Borleske - Nothing at this time; David Allen - Nothing at this time; C. Mundth - Nothing at this time; M. Wuest - Nothing at this time; J. Dietz - Nothing at this time.
★Next Plan Commission meeting is set for Monday, June 29 @ 7:30 pm if there is anything to be discussed.
★Motion by D. Allen, seconded by J. Dietz to adjourn meeting at 7:56 pm. Motion carried.
