The Town of Reedsburg is seeking qualified applicants for full-time Road Patrolman position.

Applicant must be 18 years of age, possess a high school diploma or GED, and possess a valid CDL or ability to obtain a CDL before October 1, 2024. Preferred candidates will have knowledge of highway road & maintenance and have experience of the mechanics and operating heavy equipment.  Wages will be based on experience. Pre-placement drug & alcohol testing required.

The Board of Review will meet on the 13th day of  May 2024 at 7:00 pm. at Reedsburg Town Hall for the purpose of calling the Board of Review into session during the 45 day period beginning on the 4th Monday of April, pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 70.47(1).

Due to the fact of the Town Revaluation in 2024, the assessment roll is not completed at this time, the Board of Review will be adjourned until the 24th day of October,  2024 at 6 pm.

Pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 70.47(2):  After the first meeting of the Board of Review and before the Board of Review’s final adjournment, no person who is scheduled to appear before the Board of Review may contact, or provide information to, a member of the Board of Review about that person’s objection except at a session of the Board of Review.

In order for the Town of Reedsburg to operate effectively, and to address the needs of the citizens of the Town of Reedsburg, Sauk County, the entire population must be kept informed through the Comprehensive Planning process. The decision-making process must be open and consistent with State regulations and local policy. To accomplish this, AN UPDATE TO THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN IS DUE TO BE COMPLETED IN 2024.  We are looking for Pulic participation in updating the Comprehensive Plan.  The first meeting will take place on Monday July, 22nd, 2024 at 6:00 pm.  These meetings will be held on the fourth Monday of each Month for two hours.  Public participation is encouraged.
