There could be a quorum of Town Board members present at this meeting 

All Items on the agenda have the possibility of a Motion

1. Call Plan Commission to order at 6:45 pm with the Pledge of Allegiance.
2. Certify compliance with Open Meetings Law Wis. Stat. §985.02(2)(a).
3. Oath of Office for 3 new Committee members, Dominic Flath, Erin Mitchll and Jessica Stelling
4. Adopt agenda.
5. Approve Minutes from previous meeting.
6. Anyone wishing to speak that is not on the agenda - No action can be taken (3minute limit).
7. A CSM being described as Lots 19, 20 and 21 of the Reedsburg Country Club Located on E. Reedsburg Rd. in the NW 1/4, NE 1/4 of Section 12. Township 12 North, Range 4 East, Town of Reedsburg, Sauk County, Wisconsin.  The included lots have been surveyed, combined and divided by Vierbicher & Associates, Scott Dischler.  Existing lot 20 parcel #030-0468-00000 owned by Neil Pfaff of LP, LLC, being split between property owners of lot 19 parcel # 030-0467-00000 owned by Joseph & Alice Chenoweth Living Trust and property owner of lot 21 parcel #030-0469-0000 owned by Daniel & Jessica Henning. 
8. Anything else reasonably related to the agenda. (No action can be taken at this meeting).
9. Next meeting date if there is anything to discuss.
10. Adjourn.
