There could be a quorum of Town Board members present at this meeting 

All Items on the agenda have the possibility of a Motion

1. Call Plan Commission to order at 6:30 pm with the Pledge of Allegiance.
2. Certify compliance with Open Meetings Law Wis. Stat. §985.02(2)(a).
3. Adopt agenda.
4. Approve Minutes from previous meeting.
5. Anyone wishing to speak that is not on the agenda - No action can be taken (3minute limit).
6. CSM being described as Lots 115, 116 and 117 of the Eagle Ridge Addition to the Reedsburg Country Club Located in the NW 1/4, NE 1/4 of Section 12. Township 12 North, Range 4 East, Town of Reedsburg, Sauk County, Wisconsin.  The above lots have been surveyed, combined and divided by ASR Surveyor, Joshua Murphy.  Existing lot 116 being split between property owners of lot 115, Billy & Pamela Gronley, E7194 Eagle Ridge Court and property owner of lot 117, Tanner Connors, E7198 Eagle Ridge Court. 
7. Plan Commission Committee Members updates.
8. Anything else reasonably related to the agenda. (No action can be taken at this meeting).
9. Next meeting date if there is anything to discuss.
10. Adjourn.
