Plan Commission Minutes

Plan Commission Meeting @ 6:30 pm

at Reedsburg Town Hall

Monday, July 13, 2026

Present: Julie Barreau, Terri Connors, David Allen, Mimi Wuest, one vacancy
Also Present:  Chad Allen,

         1.         Call Plan Commission to order at 6:30 pm with the Pledge of Allegiance. Meeting was called to order at 6:30 pm with the pledge of allegiance.

         2.         Certify compliance with Open Meetings Law §985.02(2)(a).  R. Meyer certified that meeting was posted on the front door of the Town Hall and on the Town website.

         3.         Adopt the agenda. Motion by Allen / Wuest to adopt the agenda. Motion carried unanimously.

         4.         Approve the Minutes from previous meeting. Motion by Connors / Wuest to approve the minutes from the March meeting.  Motion carried unanimously.

         5.         Anyone wishing to speak that is not on the agenda - No action can be taken (3minute limit). No one spoke.

         6.         CSM for one acre to be divided off parcel 030-0001-01000 owner, Allison M Wallace, and combined with existing parcel 030-1186-00000 owner, Timothy and Tammy Becker for a total of 1.60 acre parcel at E7165 Cooper Creek Way in the Copper Creek Subdivision within the ET of the City of Reedsburg, located in fractional NE and Fractional NW quarters of the NE 1/4 of Section 1, T12N, R4E in the Town of Reedsburg, Sauk County.  Timothy Becker presented a CSM for 1 acre from parcel #030-0001-01000, owner, Allison M Wallace, and combined with existing parcel 030-1186-00000 owner, Timothy and Tammy Becker for a total of 1.60 acre parcel at E7165 Cooper Creek Way in the Copper Creek Subdivision within the ET of the City of Reedsburg, located in fractional NE and Fractional NW quarters of the NE 1/4 of Section 1, T12N, R4E in the Town of Reedsburg, Sauk County.  Motion by Connors / Wuest to recommend approval to the Town of Reedsburg Board of the presented CSM of 1 acre from parcel #030-0001-01000, owner, Allison M Wallace, and combined with existing parcel 030-1186-00000 owner, Timothy and Tammy Becker for a total of 1.60 acre parcel at E7165 Cooper Creek Way in the Copper Creek Subdivision.  Motion carried unanimously.

         7.         Plan Commission Committee Members updates – No updates at this time.

         8.         Anything else reasonably related to the agenda. (No action can be taken at this meeting). Nothing.

         9.         Next meeting date if there is anything to discuss.  August 10, 2026 @ 6:30 pm

       10.       Adjourn – Motion by Allen / Connors to adjourn at 6:40 pm.  Motion carried unanimously.
