All Items on the agenda have the possibility of a Motion

1. Call Plan Commission to order at 6:30 pm with the Pledge of Allegiance
2. Certify compliance with Open Meetings Law Wis. Stat. §985.02(2)(a)
3. Adopt agenda
4. Approve Minutes from previous meeting (January 2026)
5. Anyone wishing to speak that is not on the agenda - No action can be taken (3minute limit)
6. Neil Pfaff and Will Christensen regarding Grede Holdings, LLC request for a rezone on parcel 030-0820-00000 from exclusive Agriculture to Agriculture.  Also, a Conditional Use Permit request for the continued operation of the Grede Landfill on parcels 030-0808-20000, 030-0827-00000, and the expansion of landfill operations on parcels 030-0820-00000 and 030-0809-00000.
7. Plan Commission Committee Members updates
8. Anything else reasonably related to the agenda. (No action can be taken at this meeting).
9. Next meeting date if there is anything to discuss
10. Adjourn
