Monthly Town Board Meeting
at 7:00 pm at Town Hall
All Items on the agenda are listed for discussion and possible motion

Present:  Chad Allen, Rebecca Klitzke, Terri Connors, Becky Meyer, Kathy Schwartz, Brandon Wilmot
Also Present: Neil Pfaff

1. Chad Allen Called the Meeting to order at 7:00 pm.
2. Becky Meyer Certify Open Meetings Law has been met in accordance with §985.02(2)(a) with being placed on the Town Website and on the Town Hall Door.
3. Adopt Agenda – Motion by Klitzke / Connors to adopt the March 10, 2025 agenda.
4. Approve minutes from previous meeting – Motion by Klitzke / Connors to approve the minutes from the February 2025 meeting.
5. Anyone wishing to speak about a topic that is not on the agenda (No action can be taken) Max 3 minutes.
6. Neil Pfaff from Vierbicher regarding a CSM for the division of Parcel 030-0606-00000 on Ski Hill Rd. requested by Blaine & Wendy Bill and Freeman Decorah, LLC. Neil Pfaff from Vierbicher presented a CSM to move the lot line and sell .138 acres to Blaine & Wendy Bill.  T. Connors reported that the Plan Commission recommended approval to the Town Board. Motion by Connors / Klitzke to recommend approval of the CSM to move the lot line and sell .138 acres to Blaine & Wendy Bill.  Motion carried unanimously
7. Set Date for Annual Meeting (usually the third Tuesday of April or within 10 days after) April 21, 2025 @ 7pm.
8. Set Date for Road Tour – Thursday, April 10 @ 8am with an alternate date of April 24 or25.
9. Highway Report - Brandon Wilmot
1. Road Report – There were a bunch of stolen road signs.  Road Bans went on March 3^rd signs will go up once they are received.  There is a lot of shouldering to do, Brandon would prefer to use a chute on the sander to be more efficient, cost is about $200.  The carbide cutting edge on the wing on the plow truck was replaced.  The Ford truck broke down and was taken out to Koenecke’s due to a wire broken.
2. Driveway Permits – Kevin Labansky on Old Loganville Rd. and Tyler Meister at the end of Copper Creek
3. Other comments (Garage / Hall, Cemeteries, Equipment, Plowing) – Nothing to report.
10. Chairman / Supervisor Reports and comments
1. Supervisor II - Terri Connors – Eagle Ridge residents were happy with the snow plowing.  Enterprise Drive house is for sale that has the improvements listed with out any permits being issued.
2. Supervisor I - Rebecca Klitzke – Dennis Butteris has emailed back and is following up on deliquent permits.  Attended the WTA Meeting and BOR training.  The May meeting will be at the Town of Woodland.  Kari Walker inquired about the placement of the stop sign at the intersection of the Golf Course Rd. and N. Reedsburg Rd.
3. Chair - Chad Allen – Talked to WTA about a .gov email, it is highly recommended to have a third party set it up. 
11. Town Clerk - Becky Meyer
1. Assessor (Holloway Appraisal) Report – Nothing
2. Building Inspector (GEC) Report – No Building permits
3. Monthly Vouchers -Motion by Connors / Klitzke to pay the bills.
4. Elections - April 1, 2025 7am - 8pm
5. Other comments –
12. Treasures Report - Kathy Schwartz
1. Deposits (ACH, Interest & Checks / Cash) - $710.00 ($420 - hall rent, $20 - SA Letters, $45 – Dog License, $125 – WTA Sauk Unit, $100 – Driveway Permit)
2. Review Calendar Dates
1. Plan Commission – March 24^th, April 14^th,  and Public Hearing on May 12 @ 6:30pm
2. Town Board –April 14, May 12, June 9 and July 14
3. Election –April 1^st
4. Road Tour – April 10^th
5. Annual Meeting – April 21^st
6. Hall Rentals (DOT & 4H Club)
3. Policy about over-paying on Taxes.  Kathy will look into that for next month.
13. Anything else reasonably related to the agenda. (No action can be taken at this meeting) – Nothing.
14. Adjourn – Motion by Connors / Klitzke to adjourn at 8:21pm.  Motion carried unanimously.
