1. Call Meeting to order at 7:00 pm with Pledge of Allegiance
2. Certify Open Meetings Law has been met
3. Adopt Agenda
4. Approve minutes from previous meeting
5. Anyone wishing to speak about a topic that is not on the agenda (No action can be taken) Max 3 minutes.
6. Discussion and possible motion to approve the zoning of Shea Geffert entire new CSM to Residential. Part of the new CSM included assembling a portion of land that was in the AG zoning district.
7. Discussion and possible motion for the City Sanitary Sewer Agreement on Junction Rd.

9. Highway Report by C. Thompson
10. Building Inspector (GEC) report by R. Meyer
11. Chairman / Supervisor Reports and comments
12. Town Clerk presentation of monthly bills and comments by R. Meyer
