Plan Commission Meeting @ 6:45 pm

All Items on the agenda are listed for discussion and possible motion
There is a possibility of a Quorum of Town Board members present at this meeting

Present:  Gatlin Fenwick, Terri Connors, David Allen, Mimi Wuest, Julie Barreau, Becky Meyer, Shea Geffert

1.Call Plan Commission to order at 6:45 pm with the Pledge of Allegiance – G. Fenwick called the meeting to order at 6:45pm.

2. Certify compliance with Open Meetings Law – B. Meyer certified compliance

3. Adopt the agenda Motion by D. Allen / M. Wuest.  Motion carried.

4. Approve the Minutes from previous meeting. Motion by M. Wuest / J. Barreau.  Motion carried.

5. Anyone wishing to speak that is not on the agenda - No action can be taken (3minute limit).  Noone in attendance.

6. Discussion and possible motion to approve the zoning of Shea Geffert entire new CSM to Residential. Part of the new CSM included assembling a portion of land that was in the AG zoning district. Motion by D. Allen / M. Wuest to recommend approval to the Town Board .   Motion carried.

7.  Plan Commission Committee Members updates.  No Updates.

8. Anything else reasonably related to the agenda. (No action can be taken at this meeting). None

9. Next meeting date if there is anything to discuss. February 12,2024 if there is anything.

10. Adjourn – Motion by J. Barreau / T. Connors to adjourn at 6:51 pm.
