Monthly Town Board Meeting
at 7:00 pm at Town Hall
All Items on the agenda are listed for discussion and possible motion

1. Call Meeting to order at 7:00 pm with Pledge of Allegiance
2. Certify Open Meetings Law has been met in accordance with §985.02(2)(a). 
3. Adopt Agenda
4. Approve minutes from previous meeting
5. Anyone wishing to speak about a topic that is not on the agenda (No action can be taken) Max 3 minutes.
6. Patricia Behn is requesting approval to create a 2 acre parcel with her home and septic system. If approved, the PRD lot will coincide with the placement of a preservation area easement on 38 acres of forested land, which is part of a secondary conservation area (defined by Sauk County Ordinance as it is a large block of contiguous forested land in excess of 40 acres). The easement area is located in the SE ¼ of the NW ¼ of Section 32, T12N, R4E Town of Reedsburg at S4694 Prairie View Dr. Reedsburg, WI.

14. Anything else reasonably related to the agenda. (No action can be taken at this meeting).
15. Closed Session: Roll call vote to hold closed session for the town board to discuss current wages, benefits and job description of the town patrolman, Clark Thompson and the compensation and benefits to offer upon the hiring of a new town patrolman at the retirement of Clark Thompson pursuant Wis. Stat. §19.85(1)(c).
16. Reconvene in open session.
