Monthly Town Board Meeting
at 7:00 pm at Town Hall

TOWN BOARD MEMBERS PRESENT:  Chad Allen (Chair), Rebecca Klitzke (Supervisor I), Terri Connors (Supervisor II)
OTHERS PRESENT: Clark Thompson (Town Patrolman), Kathy Schwartz, (Treasurer), Becky Meyer (Clerk)

1. Call Meeting to order at 7:00 pm with Pledge of Allegiance
2. Certify Open Meetings Law has been met - This meeting was noticed in accordance with Wis. Statute §985.02(2)(a) on the Town website and the on the front door of the Town Hall. 
3. Adopt Agenda
4. Approve minutes from previous meeting
5. Anyone wishing to speak about a topic that is not on the agenda (No action can be taken) Max 3 minutes.
6. Discussion and Possible action on a Resolution in Support of the Baraboo River being designated as a National Water Trail
7. Request for participation and promotion of the drinking water testing program in coordination with UW-Madison Extension Sauk County and Sauk County Land Resources and Environment to occur in late July.

9. Highway Report by C. Thompson
10. Building Inspector (GEC) report by R. Meyer
11. Chairman / Supervisor Reports and comments
12. Town Clerk presentation of monthly bills and comments by R. Meyer
13. Treasures Report and comments by K. Schwartz
14. Review upcoming dates:  Plan Commission / Town Board / Election Dates
15. Anything else reasonably related to the agenda. (No action can be taken at this meeting).
16. Closed Session: Roll call vote to hold closed session for the town board to discuss current wages, benefits and job description of the town patrolman, Clark Thompson and the compensation and benefits to offer upon the hiring of a new town patrolman at the retirement of Clark Thompson pursuant Wis. Stat. § 19.85(1)(c).
17. Reconvene in open session.
